Cancellation Policy
Reservation Procedure and Cancellation Policy
Approval and Payment for Service: The UNIWORLD Boutique River Cruises charter voyage on the UNIWORLD Princess is NOT refundable. Cancellation penalties apply from both Castaways Travel (parent company is Fox Ascoli Travel, Inc.) & UNIWORLD Boutique River Cruises for 100% of the cabin cost.  Castaways Travel administrative charge is an additional $50/per person.  By purchasing this cruise I have authorized Castaways Travel (Fox Travel) to charge my credit card for the total cruise cost and I will pay the total cost I have approved to Castaways Travel for my accommodations on the UNIWORLD Princess. I agree to pay the total cost of my cabin or suite I have authorized herein to sail on the UNIWORLD Princess river ship December 8-15, 2025. I confirm I understand and will abide by the Terms & Conditions of Castaways Travel, Terms & Conditions of its parent company, Fox Ascoli Travel, Inc.(Fox Travel) and Terms & Conditions of UNIWORLD Boutique River Cruises. I understand and confirm all payment transactions I have authorized are not refundable and understand no refund will be paid to me for my cancellation in writing, verbally or by withholding installments and deposits when due. No refunds will be granted for late arrivals, cancellations without written or verbal notice or delayed arrivals, no shows, early departures or any cancellation, delay, injury, death, disease or disruption per Terms & Conditions policies included above. I confirm and agree that all payment transactions I approved to purchase accommodations on the UNIWORLD River Princess constitutes a contract between me and Castaways Travel (Fox Travel).   I agree I will not withhold payment, dispute or initiate a chargeback process for payment transaction I have authorized on my credit card for cancellations described above for partial or final payment. I understand that I am solely responsible for providing required valid Passport and Visa documents when and where required by each country or by UNIWORLD Boutique River Cruises. I understand Castaways Travel and Fox Travel are not vendors, suppliers or sources to provide documents or instructions to prepare required Passport or Visa applications or interpretation of Passport or Visa requirements for each country I visit.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended through Castaways Travel via Allianz Travel Insurance which is available to legal residents of the United States.
